Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
- During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended by an additional 1-2 business days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7-15 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order online.
- Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. Please provide a physical address at checkout.
- Some products may have shipping restrictions due to local regulations. If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you as soon as possible.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

6. Damaged Items
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at amine.arbitrage.01@gmail.com. We will arrange a refund after reviewing the issue.

- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this time, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may have already been processed.
